Introduction

The establishment of this research center is based on the results of the realignment of the organizational structure of the Faculty of Education based on the results and discussions in Faculty Paper Number 37/2016. It aims to develop a research NIC in the faculty. However, in line with the direction of research at the University level, this Research Center was re-established on 1 December 2019. In general, this center consists of four research NICs based on the expertise of members, namely Special Education, Sports and Recreation Education and Early Childhood Education.

Leading learning in the fields of Special Education, Sports and Recreation and Early Childhood Education.

Objective

  • Balanced education and Community Wellbeing based on quality research and developing skilled individuals in the flow of holistic national development.
  • Academics who are professional, dynamic, broad-minded and positive in addressing societal issues in order to create balance in life.
  • Experts in academic fields such as Special Education, Sports and Recreation Education and Early Childhood Education. Responsible for balanced human development that can stimulate high-quality education in line with the National Education Policy and Philosophy as an agent in the transformation of quality education in line with national education policy.
